Palmtop Emulator Review - ZX Planet

The Palmtop Spectrum Emulator is the only Spectrum emulator that I am aware of on this machine. It seems to work with most hand held PCs with the Windows CE operating system although I personally haven't tested it.

The emulated models are unknown but you certainly require a palm top to be able to use it.

Installation	Requires WinZIP to decrunch.
Ease Of Use	I personally do not have a Palmtop computer and couldn't test the ease of use in this emulator, although friends have claimed that the emulator is very simple and very powerful.
Compatibility	This emulator is capable of running over 6,000 emulated games - which should be more than enough for the avid Spectrum fans out there.
Graphics	The graphics are of a high-quality but are in good old Black & White (to be expected of course).
Sound	Again, the sound is not something I can review as I don't own a Palmtop computer but I see no reason why this would be considered a flaw when you can play the classics on your portable PC.
Speed	The speed is reportedly very good via this emulator but there are no options to speed up the data access time or the emulated Z80 processor.
Registration	The beauty of emulation is that most authors create these superb programs in their free time and therefore expect nothing in return. Palmtop Spectrum Emulator has no registration fee and is 100% free.
